What is the Bulk Add page?

If you know the code(s) of the product(s) that you wish to order you can use the Bulk Add option to save time Browsing or Searching for products.

There are 2 ways to use the Bulk Add option:

1. By typing the product codes and quantities into the fields on the Bulk Add page.

2. Using the text box option. By saving your product numbers and quantities into a CSV format (.csv) you can copy and paste your order into the text box. You must click the View Single Field Data Entry link to access this function.

Product Code: In this field, enter the 8 digit product code that you want to order.

Quantity: In this field, enter the amount of product that you want to order.

Add to Order button: Once the Product Code and Quantity fields have been completed, click this button to save the products to your order.

How do I use the Bulk Add option?

Prerequisite: You must have the Bulk Add page displayed.

1. Click into the product code field.
2. Type in a product code and press tab eg, 62155050 (recycled 50% copy paper).
3. Enter the quantity required, eg, 50.
4. Repeat steps 1 to 3 until all Product Codes have been added.
5. Once you have finished adding products click the Add to Order button.

How do I use the single field Bulk Add option?

Prerequisite: You must have the Bulk Add page displayed.

1. Click the link called View Single Field Data Entry
2. Open your saved CSV file.
3. Highlight and copy all the product code and quantity amounts from the CSV file.
4. Click in the text box on the Bulk Add page so that the cursor is blinking in the box.
5. Right click on your mouse and select paste. (or you can click on edit/paste from the toolbar).
6. The text box will now contain your products and quantity amounts.
7. Click the Add to Order button.

The products have been added to your order. (To check this you can click the View Current Order option in the left hand navigation bar).
