This page enables you to start a new order in NetXpress.

You do not have to create an order to check the price of a product. To do this you can use either the Browse Product or Product Search functions.

Multiple orders can be created and maintained at the same time.

Any orders that have been created and have not been completed or deleted will remain on the system automatically, even between sessions.

Open Orders are order which have been created but not submitted or deleted. NetXpress saves them automatically.

Standing Orders and Forward Orders will also appear in your View Open Orders.

Standing Orders are recurring orders, which will generate a new NET order reference number each time they recur. You will then be able to track your order through Order History once the new NET order reference has been generated at that recurrance date.

Forward Orders are orders which will not be submitted through to our warehouse until the date you have selected. These order will already have an NET order number.

To view details of an order click on the Order Number. All order numbers, with exception of Standing Orders, will begin with NET.
