To return a product to Corporate Express you must have a Return Authority number (RA number). This can be obtained one of two ways.
Note: An Online Return must still be approved by Corporate Express. You will be notified by email of the Return Authority number. |

You will be asked to enter an Order or Invoice number. These numbers appear on the delivery docket that came with your order. Alternatively you can find an order number from the Order History section of NetXpress. If you enter an Order Number you will be asked to confirm that the Invoice Number displayed is correct and corresponds to the products that you are wanting to return. |

Once the Invoice number has been selected the following page will be displayed.
Select the product(s) that you wish to return by clicking the corresponding Return check box and selecting a reason from the "Reason for Credit" dropdown list. Note: If you are returning less than what was delivered of a product, make sure that you change the quantity amount that corresponds to the product. Please check that your contact details are correct. From the drop down list select the reason for the return. There are 4 options, these are: Incorrectly ordered, Not what I ordered, Faulty/Damaged goods and Over Ordered. Once you have selected the appropriate product click the Confirm button at the bottom of the page. The following page is displayed.
If all details are correct click the Submit button. Note: If the details are not correct click your browsers Back button. You will receive an email from a Customer Support Representative once your request for return has been processed. This email will contain a Return Authority number (RA number). This RA number should be attached to the product and quoted in any further contact with Corporate Express regarding your returned goods. If there are any issues with the return that need to be discussed with you, a Customer Support Representative will contact you by phone. |
