Prerequisite: Orders must have been created and submitted for this option to be effective. The Order History page displays information about your past orders. It displays details such as: Date Sent, Status, Order Number, Order Reference, Account Code, Number of Products on the order, Order Total and a link to the Invoice. |

Account Code Filter: This allows you to only view past orders for the account code you select from the list. Click the Update button to filter the page by the selection. Status Filter: This allows you to select the Status of the orders that you wish to view. Choices are: All, Sent or Receipted. Click the Update button to filter the page by the selection. Date Sent: This column displays the date that the order was submitted. Status: This column displays the status of the order. This can be Sent or Receipted. Order #: This column displays the unique system generated order number (NET number). This can be clicked to display the products that make up the order. Reference: This column displays the order reference, if one was entered when completing the order. Acc. Code:This column displays the account code that the order was charged to and processed against. # Products: This column displays the number of products on the order. Order Total: This column displays the total value of the order. Invoice: This column displays a link to the invoice or adjustment note related to the order. To view or print the document, click View. At any time you can sort the way that the past orders are displayed. Click one of the underlined column headings. For example if you know the value of the order, click the Order Total column and they will be listed in value order. |

Tip: Order History will paginate automatically when you have enough orders. Click the page number to move quickly amongst past orders. |
