Order Tracking allows you to monitor your order from the time it arrives in the Corporate Express warehouse to the time of dispatch on a delivery van.

Prerequisite: You must have an Order Number. To have an Order Number you must have sent an order and if neccessary it must also have been approved. If you do not know your Order Number you can find it by using the Order History option.

How do track an order if I know the order number?

  1. In the Track Order Number field at the top of the page enter your order number and click the Go button.

The Order is displayed.


How do I track an order if I do not know the order number?

Prerequisite: The Order History screen must be displayed.

  1. Search for the order by clicking on the Date Sent, Status, Order #, Reference, Account Code, # Products or Order Total headings.
  2. Once you have found the order click on the Order # to view the order.
  3. Click the Track Order button to track the order.
