What is the Special Products page?

Special products are products that are not in the NetXpress catalogue. This option should be used when the product you are looking for can not be found in the Catalogue. Do not use this option to order all your catalogue lines.

Tip: Make sure that you have tried the search option using different keywords before resorting to this option.

If you do use this option, the information that you enter will be sent to a Customer Support Representative so that Corporate Express can source the product.

Product Description: In this field enter a brief description of the product that you want to order.

Quantity: In this field enter the amount you want to order.

Price: (Optional field) In the Price field you can estimate the cost of the product. This may be changed by Corporate Express when the product is sourced. This field can be used as a guide so that you can estimate the value of the total order.

Add to Order button: Once all fields are complete (Price is optional) click this button to save the product(s) to your order.

How do I order a product that is not in the NetXpress catalogue?

Prerequisite: You must have the Special Products page displayed.

1. Click in the editable Product Description field.
2. Type a description of the product you want to order.
3. Click or Tab to the Quantity field.
4. Enter the amount you want to order.
5. Click or Tab to the Price field.
6. Enter an estimate of the price (this is optional).
7. To add more than one product repeat steps 1 - 6
8. Click the Add to Order button.

The View Current Order page is displayed and the special product you have requested is displayed with the rest of your order. The product code will be NONSTOCK.
