Prerequisite: You must have created at least one order, or have a Standing or Forward Order in place. This option will display all of your open orders. It displays details such as: Status, Date Created, Order Number, Reference, Account Code, Number of Products, Order Total and a Delete function.
Prerequisite: You must have the View Open Orders page displayed.
The order is then displayed in the View Current Order page
Open Orders are order which have been created but not submitted or deleted. NetXpress saves them automatically. Standing Orders and Forward Orders will also appear in your View Open Orders. Standing Orders are recurring orders, which will generate a new NET order reference number each time they recur. You will then be able to track your order through Order History once the new NET order reference has been generated at that recurrance date. Forward Orders are orders which will not be submitted through to our warehouse until the date you have selected. These order will already have an NET order number. To view details of an order click on the Order Number. All order numbers, with exception of Standing Orders, will begin with NET. |

Status: This column displays the current status of the order. This can be either: Incomplete, Waiting Approval, Standing or Forward Date Created: This column displays the date the order was originally created. Order#: This column displays the unique system generated reference. You can click on the order number to display products already selected. Reference: This column displays your Order Reference. The Order Reference can be added when completing the order. Acc. Code: This indicates the account that the current order was created against and will be charged to. # Products: This column displays the number of products currently on that order. Order Total: This column displays the total value of each order. Delete: When the delete box is clicked, a tick will appear. If you then click the Update button, the entire order will be deleted. Update Button: Clicking this button will delete all orders that
have a tick in the delete column. Tip: You can sort any column by clicking the column heading. |
